Permission to Feel – Special Episode

Over the course of the last 6 months one of my biggest breakthrough life hacks that helped to lift me out of my personal story of woe, was to finally give myself permission to feel. 

 

I allowed myself to grieve and feel the overwhelming sense of loss I experienced when the world changed on March 15, 2020.

 

In today’s episode, I share some vulnerable examples of my grieving process and how I was able to let go of that pain and give myself the capacity to follow my passions and redesign my life. I also give you my top 5 self care practices that will help you change your vibration and give you more information about how we can continue our relationship together and keep growing and supporting each other.
